205 Series Configurable Sealed Relay Sockets
Designed to withstand harsh environments, the 205 series offers a wide range of sealed relay sockets.
These sockets accept 5, 10, 15, and 25A relays in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 reversers; either with or without magnetic latch and/or temporisation. They are available with several coding and mounting configurations.
Sealing is ensured by a silicon gasket at rear side.
Dimensions and features of the sockets are those of the MIL-S 12883.

208 Series Power Distribution Bus Bar

EN3646 Series
The EN3646 connector series is a global family qualified as per EN3646 or ASNE standards. These connectors use a self-locking mechanism with bayonet, allowing for a quick coupling that saves time during systems assembly. All the experience acquired in aerospace industry guarantee a high level of confidence in terms of quality. This widely used connector family offers a large range of layouts available, either to transmit signal or power, or a mix of both.

209 Series Power Distribution Bus Bar

EN2997 Series
The EN2997 series is an enhanced connector dedicated to applications in environments under high constraints in terms of vibration, EMI, and temperatures.
EN2997 connectors are typically used in aerospace industry and more particularly on aircraft applications such as engines, sensors, external lighting, power and actuation.

D38999 Series III Connectors 8D Series
The D38999 connector series, also called 8D series is a highly reliable connector compliant to the main mil-spec standards (MIL-DTL-38999 series III, EN3646, BACC63, CECC) and answers the most stringent requirements in harsh environments. Available in 5 high end materials and 5 platings (8D aluminium, 8D composite, 8D titanium, 8D stainless steel and 8D bronze), the 8D series connectors fit all the corrosion, shock, endurance or firewall capabilities you will encounter. A full range of contacts are also available with D38999 connectors such as signal transmission, high speed data transmission (quadrax, twinax, coax, ELIO®). 54 QPL layouts are available in accordance with MIL-STD-1560.

microComp® Series
High Density Lightweight I/O Connector
The microComp® series is a miniature high density rectangular connector.
microComp® shells are made out of strengthened fiber glass material for a maximum mechanical resistance. Composite shells are up to 36% lighter than aluminium shells. This technology selected by Boeing and Airbus, provides optimised shielding and shell-to-shell continuity. microComp® male connectors are scoop-proof. On HD D-Sub and D-Sub male contacts are the fragile parts of the connector because they can easily be bent. On microComp® connectors, male contacts are fully shroulded by the insulator: they are protected and cannot be bent.

8D ELIO®
8D ELIO range is 38999 sIII circular type connectors with insert for ELIO optical contact. It is used by Airbus as a standard on aircraft programs like A380, A330 for all the communication using fiber optic.
The flight proven ELIO® fiber optics termini are designed around a robust 2.5mm ceramic ferrule. The assembly is as easy an ST connector. The insertion and retention inside the connector is ensured by a bayonet locking mechanism without any special tool. The termini integrates a seal inside the rear boot, thus the connection is sealed from the rear side without a backshell or a grommet. The 8D ELIO® range covers layout from 1 to 24 ways in all type of material shell.
Each cavity can be upgraded with the brand-new ELIOBEAM expanded beam ELIO® version.

SumiMark® Continuous Heat Shrink Tubing
SumiMark® tubing is available in a wide range of types including general purpose polyolefins, dual wall tubings, high temperature PVDF and flouroelastomers. It is made to the highest quality standards in the industry. In addition to providing strain relief and insulation, it provides an excellent surface on which to mark.
SumiMark® tubing is supplied on continuous spools, allowing you to create the exact length of marker needed, with no waste, resulting in tremendous cost savings.
Diameters of 1/16” to 2” with shrink ratios of 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 are available. There is minimal longitudinal change after shrinking, so marks will not become distorted when installed.
