Powerlok Connectors Series
The PowerLok series is a compact, metal shell interconnect solution available as field assembly connector as well as assembled or overmoulded versions.
It is equipped with an automatic secondary lock, HVIL contacts, 360° shielding and 5 different mechanical coding options for a maximum safety. With a diversified product portfolio for up to 4 poles and wire gauges from 2,5-150mm², PowerLok can be used for various applications in power trains, batteries, PDU`s and motors in trucks, buses, agricultural and construction machines.

Powerlok 4.0 Connectors
The small and compact PowerLok 4.0 comes with a special secondary locking, HVIL contacts and a 360° EMI shielding.
Different versions in 2, 3 and 4 pole for a wire gauge range from 2,5 up to 10,0mm² and make the Powerlok 4.0 version to be a useful allrounder for various applications.
By using 4mm contacts, Powerlok 4.0 is able to work with up to 60A and 1.000V at 85°C ambient temperature.

Powerlok 120 Connectors
The PowerLok 120 is available in both single and double pole versions.
By using wire gauges of 16-25mm² it can achieve up to 120 A at 85° C and 1.000 V. On receptacle side you can choose between screw or busbar termination styles. On plug side you have the choice between straight or right-angled styles.
We exclusively offer PowerLok 120 as cable assembly. We would also be pleased to generate an offer according to your individual cable assembly requirements.
Powerlok 200 Connectors
The PowerLok 200 consists of single pole connections in straight and right-angled forms for wire gauges ranging between 25-50mm².
True to its name, the connectors can reach up to 200A at 85°C ambient temperature and 1.000 V.

Powerlok 300 Connectors
If you choose to use the PowerLok 300 series you will receive a compact, metal-shell interconnect solution made for Electric and Hybrid transportation technologies.
With the possibility to use wire gauges from 35 up to 70mm² it can reach currents up to 300 A and a voltage rating of 1.000 V DC. Equipped with automatic secondary lock, HVIL contacts, shielding and several mechanical coding options Powerlok series is offering maximum safety.

Powerlok 500 Connectors
The single pole Powerlok 500 connector is available in straight and right-angled style.
By using wire gauges of 95-150 mm², it can reach up to 500 A at 85° C and 1.000 V.
PowerLok 500 is offered exclusively as an overmoulded cable assembly.
