NSH Connector

Various pitch sizes available are 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.25mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm up to 13mm.

1.0mm pitch secure lock type connector, This low insertion force type connector realises easier mating operation. The basic concept of the contact part of this connector is equivalent to the performance proven SHL connector.

CZF Connector

Various pitch sizes available are 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.25mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3.96mm

The SMT top entry type headers that can be mated with the 1.5mm pitch CZ connector socket are on the lineup.

• Suction tape is not required because the flat area for picking up is provided to the connector.
• This header can be accommodated to both the crimp style and the insulation displacement (ID) style sockets.

LEB Connector

Various pitch sizes available are 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 1mm, 1.25mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 2.54mm and 4mm.

Considering about luminescence property of LED device, this LEB connector is designed as low profile type connector (height: 2.7mm) for LED lightning, and achieves the space saving. The horizontal connection between PCBs enables and the mechanism of absorbing the PCB misalignment has been installed considering the parallel use for the connector. Fork type contact that has a high contact pressure (receptacle side) and enough mating stroke provide the stable contact performance even if the PCB expands and contracts due to heat.

JWPF Connector (W to W)

This JWPF connector can be used for the place of which especially waterproof is required. This is the wire-to-wire connector that is grade 7 ingress protection of JIS C 0920 (IPX7 of IEC 60529).

SQM Connector

This connector for air-bag has intelligent CPA, which allows locking the connector, incomplete mating detection and release of short-circuit at the same time.

Features

• Compact design
This connector is approximately 13mm smaller than the SQS connector in total length (31.3mm -> 18mm).

• Mating
Intelligent CPA adopted. It enables the connector to be locked securely and prevents incomplete mating on the assembly line resulting in improved connector retention force.

• Terminal construction
It is designed to prevent the deformation of the contact part when processing wire harness by protecting the contact part of each terminal with a box.

• Scooping (kojiri) preventive construction
Using a shunt ring with a countermeasure for scooping (kojiri), the resistance to scooping (kojiri) insertion and withdrawal is improved.

FMZ Connector

The FMZ connector is ZIF type PC board connector to which 1.0mm lead pitch FFC can be connected. Secure locking of connector is enabled by operating the slider after inserting FFC in the connector with low insertion force. In spite of ZIF type, a high density of 4.2mm in thickness is achieved.

Heat Shrinkable Tubing (HST)

Heat Shrink Tubing for electrical insulation and mechanical protection. Thin Wall Tubing, Medium and Thick Wall Tubing, without (single wall) or with adhesive liner (dual wall).
