SurLok PlusTM Radsok Heavy-Duty Power Connectors
SurLok PlusTM RADSOK Heavy-Duty Power Connectors are designed for EV/HEV, BMS/Energy Storage, heavy equipment, and Rail Mass Transit application. The connector is IP67-rated, field installable, and highly reliable connectors offering industry-standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options. There is no need for special torque tools. The SurLok components feature a quick-lock and press-to-release function as well as a “keyway” design to prevent incorrect mating. Amphenol SurLok Plus Connectors incorporate the latest R4 RADSOK® technology. This technology utilises the high tensile strength properties of a stamped and formed high conductivity alloy grid to produce low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area.

HV Series Connectors
HV Radlock Series was designed in accordance with the UL94V0 specification. This high voltage connector with interlock, design to operate in the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The connector has >200 mating cycles, with a wire range from 16 to 70mm2. The shell is aluminum alloy with zinc, nickel plating, and anodic oxidation and contacts copper alloy, silver plating. The insulator is flame-retardant thermoplastic composition.

Radlok Connectors Series
The special designed quick lock and press to release design makes Amphenol Radlok the perfect solution to use for energy storage applications. The protection class of IP40 in mated condition gurantees a secure connection.
You can choose between 6 different sizes for wire gauges up to 150mm2 with max 500A and 1.000V at 80°C ambient termperature.
Industry standard crimp connections as well as screw and busbar variants offer flexibility and eliminate the need for special torque tools.

IES/IESR Single-Pole High Power Connectors
IES/IESR provides safety and high reliability for quick installation. The connectors can be easily terminated to copper cable using industry-standard crimp tools. The connectors serve a very diverse industry base, including energy storage, rail transit, industrial equipment, process, control equipment, and electric vehicles. Key features 360°free rotation, lightweight & ruggedised, unlock using tools or manually, IP67 protection grade, different colour coding options, and ability to support wire diameters of 10mm2 to 70mm2.

Snaplock
Snaplock connectors are plastic-bodied single pole connectors for use in low voltage power applications up to 250amp. The connectors are available in several colours and are sealed to IP65 when mated. Connector body styles are available for panel mounting or for fitting to copper cables up to 70mm2 key features include 250amp continous current rating, sealed to IP65 when mated, bayonet coupling with a simple slide lock, and a wide selection of colours.

Two Component Silicone Gel
